Launching a Reliability Program in Maximo Application Suite

Register to Watch Webinar

Reliability is about leveraging data to evaluate asset function, predict the likelihood and consequences of its functional failure, and proactively prevent that failure. It’s a risk-based methodology that ensures you’re doing the right things at the right time for your most important equipment.

Once you know which assets are most likely to fail, you can intelligently deploy proactive strategies such as preventive maintenance, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).

Unfortunately, most reliability initiatives fail to meet expectations in terms of cost reduction and improved asset performance. Cultural resistance, complex technology, and poor data analysis get in the way of success. Many companies struggle to properly identify critical assets and evaluate their likelihood and impact of failure.

Join Cohesive’s reliability experts to learn about systems and solutions to help you overcome these challenges and deliver on the promise of reliability with a sustainable, scalable program.

In This Webinar, You Will Learn:

  • Reliability metrics to track, such as functional performance, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), asset replacement value, and more.
  • Steps to launching a reliability initiative with asset documentation and data on historical failures and bad actors.
  • Keys to running a Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) study that helps you make asset maintenance and replacement decisions.
  • How to unlock the latest capabilities of Maximo Application Suite (MAS), including a purpose-build reliability application and a content library for RCM processes.

Key Questions Answered:

  • When is the right time to start a reliability initiative?
  • What benchmarks and expectations should I set for my reliability initiative?
  • How can I overcome common challenges of reliability initiatives?
  • How can I gain agreement on a risk-based approach to reliability?
  • Which technologies will best support my reliability program?
  • How do I know my reliability strategy is having an impact on business goals?

Who Should Attend?

  • Operations leaders
  • Maintenance leaders
  • Reliability engineers
